Mission Statement
Housing Opportunity Center, Inc. (HOC) was founded in 1991 to expand affordable housing opportunities in Arizona. HOC is associated with several comfortable, safe, and convenient housing options for lower-income families in the Phoenix area: Monroe Street Abbey Apartments in downtown Phoenix. HOC also provides a clearing house for information and resources helpful for those seeking other affordable housing options in Arizona.
